Midwest Sprint Touring Series
Breaking: 5 events added to MSTS 410 schedule
The schedule for the ACS Roofing, Westover Masonry Midwest 410 Sprint Touring Series is adding several key dates to the 2024 calendar. The additional dates add three events at the famed Huset’s Speedway and two co-sanctioned races with the Buffalo Wild Wings Northern Outlaw Sprint Association.
Up first, the opening weekend is now a double header. Teams will compete in the inaugural event at Dakota State Fair Speedway on Saturday, May 11. The following night is the first of three MSTS 410 events at Huset’s Speedway as part of the track’s traditional Mother’s Day opener.
MSTS 410 returns to Huset’s on July 7 and again for the Folkens Bros. Trucking Bull Haulers Brawl on Friday, Aug. 30. The Huset’s events will utilize the standard Huset’s time trial format. Each Huset’s event will pay a minimum of $5,000 to win.
Also added to the calendar is a trip to Aberdeen, South Dakota, and the Brown County Speedway on Friday, June 28. Casino Speedway in Watertown, South Dakota, is the next date on the schedule on June 30. Each event is co-sanctioned with NOSA, utilizing the MSTS format and pay structure.
Brown County Speedway hosted NOSA in 2023 with Jade Hastings picking up the win. Mark Dobmeier is the most recent Casino Speedway winner in 410 sprint car action taking the NOSA win there in 2023. The MSTS 360 series visited Casino Speedway in 2017 and Gregg Bakker took home the trophy.
