Jackson postponed, Dakota State Fair Speedway canceled due to rain, cold
Persistent rain and cold has forced Dakota State Fair Speedway to cancel Saturday’s (May 24, 2025) event featuring the Cressman Sanitation Midwest Sprint Touring Series outlaw sprint cars and RepairableVehicles.com Tri-State Late Models Series.
Friday's MSTS event at Jackson Motorplex - the Tweeter Memorial presented by Joel Pingeon Trucking - is rescheduled to Thursday, July 24, as part of a doubleheader weekend. The C & B Border Battle featuring the Wieskus Memorial race is Friday, July 25.
Friday's Tri-State Late Model event at Rapid Speedway in Rock Rapids, Iowa, is on as scheduled.
Up next for MSTS – the Gunderson Racing 360 sprint cars join the Malvern Bank 360s at Shelby County Speedway in Harlan, Iowa on Saturday, May 31. The MSTS 410s are back on Sunday, June 1 at Huset’s Speedway for $5,000 to win.
